Center Parcs Doubles Down on VR in Germany

Center Parcs has expanded its partnership with The Park Playground by introducing its VR system at Park Allgäu, near Munich, Germany. Following the success of the system at Park Hochsauerland last year, this is the second Center Parcs location to feature the cutting-edge attraction.

Innovative Entertainment for Guests

The VR experience includes an 8×8 meter free-roam VR field and Carnival Showdown, a series of minigames. Guests can also enjoy The Plank Experience, making this the first Center Parcs venue to offer VR as a standalone attraction.

Erwin Lochtmans, Director of Operational Support at Center Parcs, expressed excitement about the expansion:

"The Park VR System has enriched the guest experience at Park Hochsauerland and fits perfectly with our family-oriented, high-quality facilities. We’re thrilled to offer this evolving entertainment option to more guests at Park Allgäu."

A Growing Partnership

The VR attraction aligns with Park Allgäu’s focus on creating meaningful, family-first experiences while integrating sustainable initiatives. This launch follows a successful year in Medebach and sets the stage for more VR systems across Center Parcs locations.

The new VR attraction at Park Allgäu officially opened on November 28, enhancing Center Parcs’ reputation for offering unforgettable guest experiences.
