The contest or giveaway is organized by:

• The Park BV, with registered office at Kastanjelaan 1 B, 5616 LH Eindhoven, the Netherlands with VAT-nr: NL861147807B01 and registered with the KBO under number 77794508

And is open to all natural persons over 18 years of age living on Belgian or Dutch territory. There is no obligation to buy.

You can only participate in the contest if you are over 18 years old or have the permission of your legal representative to pass on this information. You must be at least 12 years old to visit The Park Playground and be in the presence of an adult.

The giveaway promotion will run from Sunday 24/04/2022 to Sunday 8/05/2022 23:59

How to participate. The announcement of the giveaway will be distributed via the social media channels of The Park and the channels of SBS (goplay.be). Participate by filling out the contest form on the promotion page of The Park Playground (www.theparkplayground.com/nl/promotions/wedstrijd-de-mol) completely and correctly. To validly participate, participants answer the contest question(s) and fill in the personal information to have a chance to win the prize. Please read and comply with all conditions stated in the contest rules and on the promotion page. If all conditions are not completed or whose personal information was not entered correctly, the entry will be invalid and the participant will not be eligible for the giveaway. Those who answer the contest questions correctly are eligible to win the prize.

Only the winners will receive a prize via mail.

The judging panel, consisting of a team of employees from The Park Playground's marketing department, will judge only, freely and objectively on the proper conduct of the contest and the selection of the winners. There will be no correspondence with the participants in this regard.

Only 1 entry per participant will be accepted. The Park Playground should never be held accountable for any particular choice of winner.

In this contest, the prize is a group ticket for 6 people for Virtual Reality experience 'The Mole' at The Park Playground worth €210. The Park Playground reserves the right to change the aforementioned selection of items at any time. This prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other benefits in kind.

Participants can take part (from 24/04/22 to 08.05/22). Monday 09/05 the winner will be announced. The winner(s) will be notified via the email address provided and will receive a voucher code that will allow them to make a reservation on The Park Playground website. The free ticket for 6 people is only valid until 31/05/2022. Thus, reservations must be made before this date. The winner loses the right to his free group ticket, if he did not use the 100% discount code before the mentioned date. The code for the free group ticket cannot be exchanged for a new code with a longer validity date.

By participating in this contest, you agree that we may take footage during your visit at The Park. You hereby grant The Park Playground the right to use, publish, reproduce and distribute the footage for promotional purposes without restriction within the context in which the footage was taken. The footage can be used on all possible channels of The Park Playground; website, social media channels, print, outdoor, on channels of partners of The Park and possible advertising campaigns online, offline or on TV. The duration of the use of the visual material is unlimited.

By participating in this contest, you declare that you indemnify The Park Playground from any claim of portrait rights of either the person depicted or his legal representative.

If the person depicted is under the age of 18, the contest rules must be approved by the legal representative.
