Do we play on a private field?

Yes, you’ll play with your own group on a private field, though the space isn’t completely closed off. You can see other teams play too, which makes the experience even more fun! Our host will ensure everything runs smoothly.

Are all VR experiences suitable for children?

Mask of the Pharaoh (7+): Puzzle-solving and archery. Perfect for younger players. Parental supervision required.

The Snitch (9+): Quiz fun with a twist. One player gets eliminated. Parental supervision required.

All other experiences (12+): Contain action and mild scare moments. These age limits are guidelines. Parents decide what’s appropriate.

What is a wireless VR experience?

Move freely across a large space! No wires and no obstacles!

I’m not a gamer. Is this something for me?

Definitely! It’s intuitive, social, and fun. No gaming experience needed.

Will VR make me dizzy?

Our technology keeps the risk of motion sickness to a minimum. Since you can walk around freely, your movements in VR match the real world, which helps to prevent disorientation. If you do feel off, our hosts are there to help.

Can I see my teammates during the game?

Yes! You’ll see your teammates’ avatars. High fives are definitely welcome.

Could I bump into anything while playing?

No worries! The space is obstacle-free. You’ll be warned if you get too close to a wall.

Is it possible to play VR by myself?

Our VR experiences are designed as social group activities and always require at least 2 players. Solo play isn’t possible at this time. It's all about enjoying the adventure together!

I have a medical condition. Can I play?

Our VR doesn’t require intense physical effort. However, we don’t recommend it if you have severe heart conditions or epilepsy. Unsure? Contact us or your doctor.

Can i play if I’m pregnant?

Our VR experiences are exciting and immersive, and they often involve movement, balance, and quick reactions. For this reason, we don’t recommend playing if you are more than 3 months pregnant.

It’s not that the activity is extremely physical, but your sense of balance can shift during pregnancy, making it harder to stay steady with a headset on. Some players may also feel a bit dizzy or nauseous, something that can be more likely when pregnant.

Your safety and comfort are our top priority, so if you’re unsure, it’s always best to check with your doctor first.

Is VR accessible with a wheelchair?

Yes, some of our VR experiences are wheelchair-friendly, especially The Hallow and Mission Planet X. These games require only one controller and involve minimal physical movement, making them suitable for seated play.

Please note: not all of our venues are wheelchair accessible. Currently, only our Antwerp venue is not accessible by wheelchair. Our other venues in Leuven, Hasselt, Kortrijk, Ghent, Eindhoven, Amsterdam, and The Hague are fully accessible.

To make sure you or someone in your group has the best experience, feel free to contact our customer service. We're happy to help you find the right location and game.

Do I need to choose a game in advance?

Nope! You and your team pick your game on-site, with the help of our hosts. They’ll guide you based on your preferences and group size.

Can people with physical disabilities join?

Yes! Most of our games are accessible to people with reduced mobility. Let us know in advance so we can support your visit properly.
